Every PATO piece is made to order just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means less waste and a little patience on your side.
Production
Once you place an order, your cap or polo goes into production with our print and embroidery partner. Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Embroidered caps can sometimes take a little longer.
Delivery
Shipping costs and an estimated delivery date are calculated at checkout based on your address and what’s in your cart. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and busy periods can add a few days.
- United Kingdom: usually 5–8 business days after production.
- International: depends on the destination; your estimate is shown at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Wrong address or lost parcels
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us at patogolfsupport@gmail.com straight away and we’ll try to fix it before production starts. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
