These terms apply to all orders placed on patogolf.com, run by PATO Golf. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Email patogolfsupport@gmail.com.

Products

Every item is made to order. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences in colour, print or embroidery placement can happen.

Prices and payment

Prices may be shown in your local currency as an approximate guide, but all orders are charged in British pounds (GBP). The final price, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by PayPal when you place your order; if you pay in another currency, PayPal converts it at its own rate.

Your order

After you place an order you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item can’t be produced or if we suspect fraud.

Delivery

Production and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed. Once your parcel is delivered to the address you gave us, it’s your responsibility.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll replace or refund faulty items. The details are in our Refund Policy.

Discount codes

Discount codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Our welcome code works once per customer.

Our designs

The PATO name, the duck logo and all designs on this site belong to PATO Golf. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Liability

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so or affects your statutory rights.
